4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Aesthetica Marketing offers various pricing structures depending on the type of service provided. All payments for services are subject to VAT, and the following outlines our standard payment terms:
Recurring Monthly Payments
- SEO Services: SEO services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle, and services will be provided continuously as long as payments are up to date.
- Pay-As-You-Go Websites: Websites built on a pay-as-you-go basis are also billed monthly, with services continuing as long as payments are received. If payments are missed, website services may be suspended until payment is made.
Bespoke Work
- For bespoke services, such as website content creation (referred to as “Glow-Up” services), payment is generally split into two installments:
- 50% Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is due before any work begins.
- 50% Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project. Final deliverables will not be provided until full payment is received.
- One-Off Payments: Some services, like our Digital Health Check (Website & Digital Presence Audit), are invoiced as a one-time payment upon completion of the service.
Software Subscription (Aesthetica Connect)
- Monthly Subscription: Our salon software, Aesthetica Connect, is billed on a recurring monthly basis via the Go High Level payment system. Payment is processed automatically each month, and the subscription can be canceled at any time.
- Non-Payment: If payment for the software subscription is not received, the system will automatically close the account, and access to the software and any related data will be suspended until payment is resumed.
Late or Missed Payments
- Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the suspension or termination of services. Aesthetica Marketing reserves the right to suspend access to any ongoing services, including websites, SEO, or software, until all outstanding payments are made.
VAT
- All prices listed or quoted by Aesthetica Marketing are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the invoice in accordance with applicable UK law, and clients are responsible for paying the VAT in addition to the service price.
Payment Methods
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. For software subscriptions, payment is managed through the Go High Level payment system, which handles automatic payments and cancellations.
